They are in the Building development business for the last 17 yrs. under the patronage of Er. B. K. Sinha, a well-known civil engineer having 36 years of working experience. Sri B. K. Sinha is recipient of “ NIRMAN RATAN AWARD ” by Indian Economic Development & Research Association, New Delhi in the year 2002 for his outstanding achievements in the field of building construction. Smt. Saroj Sinha w/o Sri B.K. Sinha is the founder of the company and is working as Managing Director since its inception in 1988-89. Sri B.K. Sinha joined the company in the year 2002 as Director.

Their main objective is to provide housing to the people of Dhanbad with all basic facilities like power, water, security at an affordable and amazingly cheaper rates and value for their money.
